What am I getting in my Bold Box?
When you order a Bold Box you will receive a lingerie set, and three sexy accessories.
What if I am unsure about how to wear the lingerie or accessories I have received?
You can schedule a 30-minute consultation with us and go over any questions you might have. We will be happy to help. After your consultation you will receive a $30 off coupon towards your next box!
What if I don’t like an item in my Bold Box?
Our boxes are a full packaged deal. If there is one item that you do not like, you will have to return the entire box. Once we receive the box, and ensure that it hasn't been worn, undamaged, unwashed, in it's original condition; we will send a new box at no additional cost to you.
Can I order lingerie or accessories separately and not in a bundle ?
Yes and no. Yes we offer candles, lip glosses, and body oils as an a la cart purchase found under our‘The Bold Essentials’. We do not sell lingerie separately.
How do I know what size to wear?
Check out our Size Chart page.We encourage you to provide us with your accurate measurements so we know what sizes to send.
What sizes do you offer?
XS, S, M, L, XL
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
At this time, we do not.
How to care for your lingerie?
A few tried and true ways to keep your lingerie in its best condition is to hand wash, hand wash and did we say hand wash. You can hand wash in cold or warm water. Twisting or wringing your lingerie to remove water is not recommended. Use detergents that are designed for delicate garments. If you use a washing machine for your lingerie we highly recommend a mesh lingerie bag and washing your lingerie with other delicates. This can be time consuming but worth it. Separate the light and dark colored pieces when washing by hand or machine wash. Avoid washing lingerie with heavier fabrics and lint producing fabrics such as fleece or Terry cloths. Air dry is preferred but a low drying heat setting is okay as well.

We first want to acknowledge that if you are considering a return, exchange or refund that means you purchased from My Bold Box, so THANK YOU !! If for some reason My Bold Box has not met your expectations in any way we are happy to assist you with your request.

My Bold Box accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, in it's original condition and undamaged products for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.

Because our boxes come as a bundle set, ALL pieces will need to be returned.

For Bold Essential items these can be returned if unused and undamaged. If lip-gloss seals are broken we cannot provide a refund. If candles have been lit or tin is damaged we cannot provide a refund.

Items received after 30 days are not eligible for a full refund.

We are always here to help! We gladly offer exchanges of the bundle box unworn, unwashed, seals unbroken, no damages to items within 30 days of purchase.
